My VIC showing rear lamp failure but the bulb is okay, I think there is a short on the wiring, because the fuse keep on blowing up but I'm getting crazy tracing down where the short is! Can anybody help me out on this one pls.

You've checked ALL the bulbs?
There's 3 per tail light and 3 more in the brake light up top (on the glass hatch).

Yeah, I had one of the little 194's out in my drivers side that threw the code for 2 weeks before I figured it out lol.

My old ZJ had the same issue, all the bulbs where good. There was a write up floating around on how to fix it, I'll see if I can find it...

Yeah, i read that before.. like some saughter or resistor in the Vic breaks and makes it freak.
