rear hatch shocks

Were can i get cheap ones??
Around how much do they cost??
What are they exactly called??
How easy is it to install??

guess no1 knows...the reason i want to find them cuz jeep wants $70 each so $140 and im not paying that ****

Ive heard of people getting them at autozone before for $20-30. Im not sure how good they are but if you go to the counter and tell them what you are looking for they should have them.

I should get around to replacing mine sometime theyre shot.....

I know the ZJ and WJ are different, but I just purchased a lift support strut for my
'02 WJ at AutoZone. It was $17, special-ordered.

I'll have to check on that, though. That sounds too cheap.

yea that sounds pretty cheap....I'm not looking for the best...I'm looking for something that works..i can rly care less that in time they go and i have to hold my hatch open...i don't use it that much anyway.

Yep, Auto Zone/Advance has them for $20/each on their website. $40 is still too much if you ask me

Get some sachs from rockauto.com, I believe they are the oem manufacturer. Price with shipping is about $40.
