Rear end not sure. need help!

So Im a little confused and stumped. I have my stock d35 with a Aussie locker in and a 249 transfer case. when around town driving it seems normal i can feel the locker working and unlocking around tight turns. while out wheeling a couple weeks ago it just didn't perform like i had expected it to. my buddy said it kinda threw him off because it seemed like all power was only at the front axle. I got stuck in a spot and was spinning. well he said he could see my rear drive line spinning but rear tires not doing anything! I don't feel like i have broken anything as it still is driving correct. What could cause this to happen?
