rear bumper trim ---- starting to lift .. what to use

the rear bumper trip .the skid plastic stuff on the top of the bumper

little "wave" in it .. starting to lift .. what to hold it back down ?

3m auto tape ? slip it under ?

ideas ?

what is holding it on now ?

I don't think that part comes off.Edit it does come off give me a few and ill snap a pic of mine.Don't have mine on so its in the garage.

Bumper very dirty but you should be able to see those nuts that twist right off.You are going to have to take the bumper off to get to them though.There is a total of 11 of those bad boys.

i have no idea what that picture is .. LOL . but ok ..

i am not yanking my whole bumper off today . LOL

thinik i will try and just slip some 3m tape in under the lip .. and see if it will hold it down

That pic is the bottom of the bumper where that strip your talking about.That is the only way to take that piece off since there are 11 of the types of nuts holding it on.

You will need to pry that out and also take out a small screw that is tough to see in the "scratch guard cover" to get the rear bumper off. If it is warping now it is going to be very difficult to get in there succesfully when you remount the bumper. I just threw it away and put some thick grip tape over the spot to cover up the holes.
