REALLY loud screech and vibration from brakes!

Hello all,

A couple of days ago I went through the car wash. When I came to the stop sign, my brakes made a REALLY loud noise and a lot of vibration, and I actually thought I wouldn't be able to stop!
Then, just a couple of days ago it was raining pretty hard (yes, rain in Wisconsin in Feb), and the same thing happened! It's a really loud screeching noise.
Can anyone let me know what the issue is with this? Has this happened to anyone else? Is this just due to them getting wet? Any help would really be appreciated...it's kind of freaking me out.
Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot for the reply. I should let it be known that I did replace my front brakes about 3-4 months ago, and now they squeek all the time....not sure if this has anything to do with the issue, but I thought I'd let everyone know.
When this happened, both times, the vibration was also really bad, like when the ABS kicks in, but much worse. I was only going about 5mph the 1st time, and the noise was so loud, it overpowered the Slayer being cranked with the windows up!! . No idea what's going on.

Then theirs your Problem Replacing pads on warped rotors screws the new pads up instantly with in a couple hundred miles easily so now to fix it you have to replace the pads again and put new rotors on.
