That looks good, did you have any issues or complaints about that setup? What size tires are you running?

If I put a 1.75" spacer up front, a .75" in the back and install a winch I should be just under 4" front and rear. I'll also install an adjustable track bar up front. Is there anything else I should change while I'm at it? Maybe an OME steering stabilizer? Are my RE lower control arms and stock uppers going to be ok. I'm assuming I should install the winch and front spacers at the same time so I'm not sitting at 4.5" lift up front? I'm hoping to avoid death wobble.

New springs won't be better? Uh, you want new springs because they will not already have settled to what looks like much less than 3.5 of lift. My 4.5 springs with the Arb didn't settle that much. The spacer is a cheaper way to fix that but, if you sag / settle any further with the winch, you don't want to add yet another spacer...stacking is bad. I'm thinking your 3.5 lift wasn't really a 3.5 lift at all.

Make sure your front sway bar is +/- 10 degrees from level on level ground. Check the sway bar bushings as well. They are cheap and easy to replace.

This lift is 6 years old. How fast do springs start to sag? I'll probably only have this for two or three years. So I'm looking for cheap solutions. So I can spend money on cool stuff like a winch. And it'll sit at about 3.9" after the spacers and winch. So I'll have some room for sag.

If I do go with 4.5 inch springs, what should I get? And are 4.5's alone going to be enough?

I put the adapters, and Rubicon wheels/tires on today. I also took off the 5.9 lower valance, and the plastic trim on the front of the rear wheel well. It'll be fine to drive on the street, but it'll need some work before it's trail ready.

I put 55 instead of 75. They are jk take offs. And measure out to 32".

If I go with new springs would I just get 4.5" and it would settle about an inch with the bumper and winch? Or am I still going to need spacers? And put a .75" spacer in the back? Should I contact RE and ask them about replacing the springs?

Im also wondering if I need longer rear control arms. Ive only got 1/2"-3/4" between the front of my rear tire and the wheel well. Or maybe trim the bottom corner of the rear wheel well.

Check my pics. Get the 4.5 springs from RE or IRO. You may need longer control arms for the rear.

Contact Kolak from my SIG for prices.

You dont want to center the rear tire in the wheel well. When the suspension flexes, the rear tire moves up and back. If you center it in the wheel well, it wont have as much room to move back and will rub when flexed

I flexed the rear of the jeep last night and the tire isn't getting much closer to the rear. It's still 1/2" from the front of the wheel well. And I had 2" at the back. I think it need to move back 1/2"-3/4". I bought spacers and the money I saved not putting springs in the front well go to adjustable lower control arms in the rear. If anyone has adjustable lower arms they want to sell, let me know. I also picked up an adjustable front track bar.
