Random Squawk under '01 WJ when temp is in 20's

When it is below freezing it almost sounds like a trapped cat or something is randomly yelping when at speed. I read somewhere it could be bushings but I can't imagine it is...is it? No power interruption or vibration can't feel anything. What is this sound? Anyone had this?

Coming from the front or the back? Do you notice it when you go over speed bumps?

Doesn't seem to be effected by terrain or speed just while moving over 25mph coming from the front if I had to guess.

Thanks jutgin (& Diddy), that's what I had heard and with the tsb now it's official. Easy enough, thanks again.

I know this is an old thread but so glad I came upon it. I had the same thing happen, I actually pulled over and searched my Jeep all over looking for a trapped cat. LOL. Odd thing is I only came across this trying to see if a set of 265/70/17 tires would fit my Jeep and I guess it came up since joshaudio has that tire size listed in his signature. Hopefully this bump will help someone else with this problem, I had given up on finding it.
