Rain water getting inside?

What I’ve done so far is clear the drain for the heater core, it was clear to begin with. Then I took some 3M strip caulk and put in the area at the top of the front fenders under the hood. Well got some more rain and my floor is still getting wet. Anyone else have any tips or ideas?

Not totally sure but about 90%. When I power washed it I got alot of water in the floor, and it dried out pretty good when I didn't get rain for a while.

Its a jeep, I have the same issue. When ever it rains my ZJ gets flooded. Back cargo area gets wet, and both the drivers and passenger floor gets soaked.
