The tow hooks from Rustys look very nice. But I did not want to pay $70 for a pair of them. I made these.



They cost me around $25. $22 was for the hooks, $3 for the metal.

goes to show you how much of a mark up there is on a part like this, plus Rusty's probably doesn't come with a chrome retainer and what looks to me like grade 8 bolts. good job bud
