quick exhaust qestion

so i am about to do a full exhaust on my 94 as it has the >2" exhaust i would like to buy the parts and do it myself but no one sells the front pipe so i was wondering if the Cherokee header that come with the down pipe will fit as it comes down and crosses over after that it straight pipe to the cat back and would make it super easy so if any one knows or would be willing to take measurements...
thanks chris

Rockauto sells the front pipe for $37. Walker part number 54482. On Amazon for $45 but with free Prime shipping it comes out to less.

I have talked to kolak I was trying to do things on the cheaper side cherokee headers with down pipe are 200$ or so and I will have to check those our I found some stock replacements but noting was mandrel bent so not really worth switching to

The 95 and up ZJs have a better factory front pipe than the 93-95 (or at least my 93). It has the same header flange but bumps up to 2.5" pretty fast. It's Walker 54448 but all the bends are crinkle bends. You can always buy a couple 180 degree mandrel bends and make your own front pipe.

Crown has a nice header for the ZJ 4.0 that's all stainless and not too expensive. PM me if you'd like a price.

As was mentioned above, just make a front pipe from some prebent mandrel pieces. It will come out far better than the crinkly Walker piece.

Ask and ye shall receive: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f13/d...-pipe-2565066/

There's only about an inch and a half of pipe less than 2.5" left in my exhaust.
