Question about my ZJ's suspension

Hey guys i just got a 1993 Grand Cherokee with a 4.5" lift kit but the kid i traded with for it didn't ask the guy he bought it from what kind of kit it was. I am more of a Engine guy so please forgive me if i cant tell the difference between a long arm and short arm suspension (I have never had anything with more than a budget boost) but if I post a picture of my front end can someone tell me if it is short or long arm?

if your zj has long arms, look at front and the upper control arms will be conected to the lower control arms by a bracket.-- if they are standerd arms all four arms will be conected to there own bracket, not hooked to each other. hope this helps bro..
