Yea, DEFINATELY gonna wheel it. I've been wheelin the 3'' and 32s but I was recently very disappointed w/ the whole setup. That's one of the driving factors for going to LAs.

Me and some buddys did some night wheelin back on trails around some power lines close to where I live. Off to one of the sides there is a mud pit, and a trail on the other side. We were tryin to cross the pit to get to the trail and I got stuck so pitifully. I had run into some ruts from a substantially bigger tire (gotta get some night lights) and the WJ just stopped, helpless. Both wheels on the drivers side were spinning freely. Had I had a little more flex, and some larger meats I could've tackled it easy. So thats one reason.

The other was the straw that broke the camels back. I had my last instance of DW last night and it was enough for me to say eff it, I'm just gonna get LAs.

But yea, the ARs have 4'' BS. Hopefully the guy will send me some pics of em soon, I'd like to pick em up ASAP.

Think I'm gonna try the 295/70/17s. You can find em on ebay pretty easily.

I just wanted something bigger and wider than 32.7 and 11.2.

lol, stop spending my money!

It's on the list. So hard to put lockers in a QD vehicle though. Gotta wait for a good D44a w/ no varilok to find it's way into my garage.

Not really, all you need is the aussie, an open carrier and non-DQ shafts. I know where you can get all three.

Locker - offroadlockers.com
carrier - me (unless blaine decides he wants it soon)
non QD shafts - ebay

Atleast lock the rear and then run the front with QD til it blows up like I am When it blows up then put in a selectable ARB or something.

Locked in the rear with LSD in the front is a great setup too

But not as great as Locked front and rear

Its definately cheaper to do it Ken's way, new carrier / shafts than getting a whole new axle.

Exactly if your rear is fine now, go that route trust me. I wasn't sure if my houseing was damaged or not from the broken vari-loc, so I didn't want to chance it.

Got a link to those shafts on ebay ken? I'm planning on moving to 4.56s shortly after I get the tires. Would be nice to do it all at once.

I figured I'd get the axle just for the parts. Didn't know everything (except for the locker) was that readily available.

I've been told there is some kind of Jeep fest out here in Daytona at the end of this month. No trail riding, (at least I don't think so), it's just like Bike Week but for Jeeps.
