Pulling the ZJ off the road for a bit

alright it might get to spring time here in Ohio pretty soon. I have building a to do list for my 96 Limited with the 5.2L in it. Here is the list so far

Fix driver side door sag
Fix drive side door trim lock and the holes the PO punched in it cause they broke all the plastic plugs
Change Tranny fluid and filter and the transfer case fluid (anything else I should do to these) the tranny shift slow when cold but fine after that
Fix pass side door rust on the bottom
Fix radio not playing from rear speakers after hitting bump
Fix security system by cutting purple and yellow wire
Fix all the interior lights the PO took out
Fix the horn the PO disconnected
Fix the lift gate switch that is bad
Fix lift gate handle
Replace the lift gate shocks
Replace Sway bars and bushings
Fix the dam whine coming from front end either Diff or Plemium might just do both because I have the time and the garage to work in.
Replace the Diff fluid both front and rear
Replace pinon seals on front and back diff
I am planing on pulling the head liner out and replacing it

Now I have a moon roof should I replace the seal just cause I am there?
Also what needs greasing in the moon roof?

If you where going to pull your ZJ off the road and do repairs or preventive maintenance what else would you do?

I have another car to use for the summer and this is my winter DD I am not really into off roading so lifts and such are not really on my list.

No I have not done it on a ZJ before but I have done it on older Chevy's, Dodges and Fords I used to restore. It is really not that hard at least in my simple mind. I do have the luxury of time and no need to race to get it done cause I need to get to work.

Well I am lucky I have been buying tools for years now, I have a pretty well equipped garage. It only took 30 or so years to gather the tools.
