So I gave it another try last night. Pulled the shifter back all the way, the "LO" light popped up on the screen so then I put it in reverse. It seemed to work for a brief second but then it made a little jutter and then it sounded (and felt) like the gears and chain weren't meshing but just hitting each other...
I feel bad doing it so I probably won't try again but anybody have any idea as to what could be going on?
