Registered User | Make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight. Load test the battery to see if it is good. Another way to see if the battery is good is to do the following: with engine off attach a volt meter to the battery and check the voltage. It should read around 12 volts depending on condition. Now have someone try to start the engine. Look at the meter and if the voltage goes down below 9 volts during the start attempt, you battery is bad. The lower the voltage the worse the battery condition. |
