You have water tanks? You probably mean you engine temperature. You'll only have oil pressure when the engine is on. Both measure temperature and pressure, not level so unless the engine is on there won't be any readings there.

Do the interior lights come on? Does the radio work? Do the vents blow?

Yes there could be a wire disconnected or a bad fuse but won't know w/o more information.

If the engine doesn't even try and turn over at all: make sure the Jeep is in park and the steering wheel isn't locked into position (should be able to turn it with feeling of resistance, not a hard stop.

Uhm, asking what the steering wheel is?

If I remember correctly it won't start if the steering wheel is in the locked position. It gets like this when you have the Jeep off and turn the wheel too much in one direction, it will lock. To unlock it turn the wheel in the direction that doesn't feel like it has a hard stop while trying to start the Jeep...

jeez.... steering wheel was NOT the solution... anywayz , it was free....

I am suspicious about that wire that is disconnected... it has two holes (contacts)... it is situated in the very far top left corner....
I checked the fuses : THERE ARE LOTS!!! maybe one of them is missing ... can any of you guys tell me how they are supposed to be there, or any othwer suggestions?

ps: when i turn the key to its final position, i have the impression that there are no power that is going to the starter at all, and all I hear is some clicks on my left side...

PLZ HELP ME!!

Battery that is almost dead? If it doesn't have enough power it won't even try and turn the starter. How old are you? You supposed to be driving this car? Why not call your mom and ask her what you have to do to start it?

According to his profile, he's 20, but I must admit I am suspicious...

Vlad, it sounds like you have a dead battery. I seriously doubt a disconnected wire at the liftgate is keeping the Jeep from starting.
I really think you need to give your mom a call. It's obvious the vehicle is hers and she would know much better than us what it takes to get it started.
