Problem.

Ok I just went trailing for my first time

But on my road home, my left wheel started to click and knock as i turn. My buddy said it could be the CV joint. It only happens when i turn left. Help :/

cv shaft. you get the left one, i already bought the right one, and we can share warranty info..hahahaha

I actually have a new short side (left one) sitting in the garage I dont need

After careful investigation. and 10 minutes of hard work and dedication. we found out that it is my passenger side cv joint. and its $75 at my local junk yard. so field trip.

they are $100 new most JY's charge 10-15$ $75 from a JY is high but the again you are in NY

I'd say if you're gonna go the JY route, pull BOTH shafts from an XJ that doesnt have CV joints and be done with that hassle. CV brings teh fail.

Best to get ones with the larger u-joints from a ZJ. IIRC some Xjs have the smaller ones like wranglers.
