present in spare tire cover

I thought it was funny that this was still in the spare tire cover after 16 years.

Alrighty then phone won't upload a pic. It's the front license plate holder and a little instruction card on how to install it.

Could have been a note -- "HELP -- I'M BEING HELD PRISONER IN A JEEP FACTORY" --

I was once a tree house.
I lived in a cake.
But I never saw the way - the orange slayed the rake --

I would but I think it's cool to have in new condition, like the snowflake and spare tire that looks like it's never seen pavement or sun light.

You can get a build sheet specific to your Jeep by requesting one online from Chrysler via the official Jeep site. You just have to find their contact us/feedback/whatever form. Just ask for a build sheet and include your VIN and email, obviously. I got my build sheet the next day.

"tank's"

I was curious where they are "On" the jeep

On my "84" vette -- the build sheet was on top of the gas tank / under a mounting strap --- the broadcast sheet was stuffed in the front frame rail
