Yea, that guy got effed over big time. I was following his story a little.
I've purchased products from them before, and luckily with only minor incident. But their CS was so crappy, I would hate to find myself in a problem with them.

It sucks you have had such a bad issue with them...personally i have installed many of their kits and other items when i was in college at UA for folks ...well over 15k worth of stuff over the yrs, and each time its been no issue, except for maybe one small one that was quickly fixed.....I cant count the many times Tony or Rusty himself stayed late of opened up later so we could pick some stuff up after hours due the the drive distance and the time we got off work, or that other various ways they have went out of their way to help, while they were in Trussville AL and after they have moved further away to Steel/Rainbow City...i hope he rectifies the problem with you, cause its not the service i have recieved the many times i have dealt with him,.....that being said i can understand where alot of these folks are coming from....i feel the same way about KMA sucking bawlz, yet alot of folks love em......to each their own:thup2:

personally for the stuff i buy nowadays he is the first call i make, i think( and its debateable) that his coil springs for XJ ZJ TJ cant be beat for the ride, flex, price, etc and the leaf spings are great now counting those few first sets that were crap......maybe i have been lucky to say the least but i have only had stellar service from him for along time

I've ordered 3 items from rustys so far and not a glitch. While I was putting on my lift kit I called them about 3 times to verify how this or that fits. They were always helpful to me. When I did order my lift, I needed it in 3 days and it was delivered in 3 days with all of the parts. For me, I will continue my patronage with Rusty's.

The post from Kolak is scary too, imagine that, I have not purchased from him yet, but his rep is stellar! He should have someone post the name of that person so in the future someone cant throw rocks on the trail
thats if he actually wheels, I know I am ranting (slightly) but way uncool!

There should be a black list that we can post up somewhere...
KMA, Rusty's and RR are all on it...

i've ordered a few things from rustys and never had a problem... it does suck for that guy. i think everyone eventually finds a onlinestore or 2 that they dont like for some reason, its all about opinions, and the people working there at the time. but really it sucks for that guy... i'd take the credit if he doesnt get his money back but i dont have $400 bucks that i wanna spend at rustys right now...
