Power Window Issues

Hey guys and gals,

First post on JF, but I've referenced this site multiple times for my primary vehicle - a 96 ZJ 4.0 liter. I purchased it two months ago, and I'm quickly finding numerous "little things" that are adding up to big headaches.
I've just recently lost use of my power windows; my front passenger window stopped working, then functionality returned later that night. Now I lost use of the driver's window and it has not come back. I'm no car guru, anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks in advance!

9/10 times this is it.

My driver's bundle had a broken green wire and a broken yellow wire.
