power steering blowing fluid out cap.

I noticed that my power steering was whinning. I went got fluid and added. I noticed it has been blowing the fluid out the cap. When the cap is on. Replaced with one I had along wwith steering box. Its doing the same thing. IDK what the deal is. HELP.....

Take fluid out with a turkey baster until the level just touches the end of the dipstick and it should be fine.

It has pushed all the fluid out. And acting like it has no power steering.

Is the return hose kinked maybe, thats all I can think of.

It turned out to be the pump went out. Got new one and all OS good.
