Replace the down pipe off the pass side manifold . Said to be worth 10 ponies . Cost unknown , check local muffler shop

Replace cat and muffler to open the 2.25 pipe diameter to 2.5" . Use high flow products and it might net another 10-20 . $200 ish if you can DIY . If you plan on major hp mods , open the exhaust to 3" , depends on future plans .

Replace tail pipe if other mods are done , it's crimped also .

Exhaust is your starting point to increase what you have , if you need more , you can move forward after that's done . Nothing cheap in the world of increasing hp

SCT tuner with a tune from Flyin' Ryan'. If you are stock it will cost around 300ish for the hand help and I don't know about the programming. You would have to email him and ask. There is no cheap way.

NO2 has to be the cheapest bang for the buck if you only want it in short bursts. These Jeeps need plenty of $$$ thrown at them to get em moving, they are HEAVY SOBs

What kind of power are you referring to? Low RPM torque or high RPM horsepower? Most of us spend more time in the lower RPM range than the upper RPM range.
