Power Antenna

Does anyone know how to gain access to the power antenna on a 93 ZJ limited?

I think you can get to it from a panel by the passenger's right foot. (Assuming you have a passenger ) The dealer replaced mine once under warranty. I had looked up the job in my shop manual. I think that is how it was done.

There is a panel in the passenger foot well, but underneath is a bunch of wires and such...no access to the antenna.

remove the plastic cover from the fender well around the tire. This is held in by plastic push pins. you can then reach up in behind the fender and access the antenna.
