It is sometimes impossible to trouble shoot without providing basic back ground information.

Always state when the Jeep was built
Always state the engine size engine: I6 or V8 would do but 3.7, 4.0, 4.7, 5.2, 5.7, & 5.9 is even better.
If you have transfer case questions: then let us know if you have Select, Command, or Quadra (trac)
If you have a battery question, it would be nice to know how old it is. If you do not know; then this is important information also.
A little bit goes a long way. It provides for more efficient "posting".
