Black trim might look good. I repainted my cladding about a year and a half ago, I just did two coats of I think Rustoleum plastic primer, it actually turned out pretty good, and has lasted pretty well. The only real issue is that there's rust marks on the back bumper, but that's because my rear hatch has a ton of rust on the bottom. I wouldn't suggest bedliner unless you're really committed to it. It's probably possible to get it off, but I think it would be a huge pain.

I did mine awhile ago with Duplicolors customer wrap (basically plasti-dip). Yes, it is reversable. But unless you lay down half a dozen heavy coats, it's a pain the arse to peel back off. For the price and time, you could get a some cheap paint in a basic color and spray it.

Well i cheaper out on it. I won three bottles of mothers back to black. Used a bottle on the whole jeep. Nice and dark grey. They way it was factory and new. I'm thinking about painting it with SEM trim black like my grill is on my Profile pic
