plastic piece for window wire broke?

yesterday my passenger window fell down and when i inspected it i found that the plastic piece that connects the wire together that pulls the window up broke. anyone know what this is called so that i can replace it and maybe tell me where to find one?

Same thing happened to me. i bought a whole new regulator off ebay for 45$. Instal was easy and it works great.
