I got an XJ HP 30 shell ready for the YJ 30 inners which include 30 spline molly shaft, Eton E locker. Say what you will about the Dana 30 its helded up every well in my YJ. My YJ was 4800lbs running weight with heavy millitary 37's and two peice wheels (150LBS each). Ball joints were never an issue, neither were the wheel/driveline joints. Only thing that I had issues with were hubs wearing out but that only happend when I swapped from my GY 37's on alloys (105lbs) to the GY 37 and HMMWV wheels (150LBS) I still drive it the Rubicon, wheeled it and drive home 1500 miles round trip. Drove to Moab wheeled there for 5 days and drove home round trip 2200 miles. Neither of these two trip was there ever an issue with any part of my jeep. But this is my experiences which may differ from yours its all about how you drive it. This ZJ wont be a heavy rock crawler like the YJ was and it will see alot more pavement then the YJ has. The YJ will be getting one tons and 40+ later on so I can do the heavy rocks again.
