ping and smoke .95ZJ

95ZJ , AWD, 4.0 ,auto ,AC ,no engine mods
On a cold restart and sometimes hot restart during acceleration it will get a top end ping (not lower end knock) and it seems to go full rich and smokes . this is a gas smoke not a oil smoke. The ping sounds like a predetonation . if I back off for a sec it will stop this and go back to normal. Any ideals ? I was thinking MAP sensor . any help is needed . thanks

well I have a 95 XJ that is going to be sold to the state so I started swooping parts from one to the other, I did the MAP, O2, Camshaft Position Sensor(it had some crimped wires) plug wires ( I had hi-end wires) at this point I think it was the O2 sensor ,it was a cheap no name one size fits all type and it was dark brown . it seems to idle better and it hasnt had the smoking issue so for , it accelerates much better then it did. I will post back if it starts doing this again.
thanks
