for the people who like to fix up their jeeps

i have questions for the people who put on bigger - nicer rims, systems, exhaust and whatnot.

rims, what size can you fit without problems? 18s or 20s?

if i get a nice subwoofer, do i need to dynomat to stop rattling?

what kind of exhaust do you have? do you have a muffler for each header?

The only thing that rattles on my ZJ is my freaking rearview mirror.

if your mirror is rattling then your screw holding it secure my not be very tight. thats what happened to me. my mirror would move and i would have to adjust it every 5 minutes until i screwed it in better.

It stays where it's set, but it just shakes around like a muthafuka.

Same here, although I do get some vibration from the sunroof because of the plastic windguard, so even if it's freakin 20 below, I go the sunroof cracked so I can thump!!!

I'm thinking about trying to try some weather striping under the plastic edge, my rattles even with the cover closed. But then again I do tend to play my stuff a little loud

i have a lot of lot of rattles in my truck, the main concern is the rear hatch, the whole thing is rattling and moving, i was told their was nothing i could do to stop it, but im sure that isnt true, if any of you guys have any good tips that would be great, on a second note im only 19 so i cant be spending lots of cash on dynomat.

Probably the most options for bigger tires are available with the 15 inch rim.

well, if memory serves me correctly, when i was looking to put on some better bigger rims on my zj the best fit were 18's. if you go any larger i believe you would have to add some kind of lift to it. i would recommend getting a set of 20's and a 2" econo suspension lift with them.
