PCM interchangeability

Does anyone know what this pcm is for? I can't find a definitive answer. Chrysler p/n p56041 534AE I put it in my grand Cherokee and it'll take first gear but once it's out of first, it won't take first again. Also lose fourth gear.

just went through this with my 96. my jeep is an early production 1996 and some parts are weird. I had an obscure part numbered one (factory) which apparently was updated. So if you have a laredo you need one from a 1996-1997 laredo to interchange there are multiple part numbers. (if you need them i can look them up tomorrow at the yard i work for) (and no i don't have the ecm in stock lol i had to buy it elsewhere)
you also need to know if you have cal or fed emissions and with or without security
