Parking Brake Lever Cover

Any advice for re-mounting my e-brake lever's rubber dust shield from the center console? It's fallen off and won't "stick" back into place. Had some success using mounting tape, but it's only temporary. Glue didn't work at all.

Not really a CRITICAL problem by any means, but annoying and ugly haha.

I used superglue on mine and clamped it together for a couple of days. It has held for over a year now, but I don't use my E-Brake, so it never gets touched.
