Painted my Cladding...PICS!

So, I have a black Jeep and I like the all black look. My gray cladding was getting pretty crappy so decided to paint it up. I know A LOT of people have done this on here, but who cares! I didn't take any before pics because I was too anxious to get started. Here is what I did:

-Remove front bumper
-Wash cladding/bumper with tire brush and rag with soap & water
-rinse with water and let dry
-I tried sanding but didnt have 2000grit, just had ~500 grit and it was scratching the cladding, so I stopped!
-Washed with ammonia & water solution, and let dry
-taped off everything and painted with Satin Black Krylon Fusion

Here are the pics of the after. I think it looks pretty good if I do say so myself. Do you think I should paint the grill black as well?? I think it looks good with the black cladding and my new headlights.

Yah, I already have my 33s and going to order Soft 8s, so I think the chrome grill is a nice little addition that fits in with all the black.

I painted about 4 coats on the front bumper. My front bumper is cracked so I might replace it eventually anyways (prob not haha), but I will definitely let you know how it holds up!

Thanks for the

Vote yes on the grill. All black, that would look sharp. It looks like it came out nice, like from factory almost.

Came out real nice.

Just a suggestion, but get some Krylon UV-Resistant Clear. I had Fusion+Clear on mine for almost 2 years with no fading. I only replaced it with bedliner after I got a bad scuff on it. Glazing putty and Fusion don't blend right.

I have been debating painting my gray cladding black on my zj. I don't know how it would look though with my olive/tan truck though...

where do you get the clear coat at? I bought this krylon paint at wal-mart but didn't see any clear coat there.

Oh, and here are some night shots!

x2 on clearcoating. Nice job! I did the same thing to mine using spray on truckbed liner 2yrs ago and it still looks great. A whole lot better than faded gray, that's for sure. Mine 99 WJ - w/o grey
