I might just take bumpers off and spray them but leave cladding on. Not sure yet though.

that's how I did it, woked good. But if you have good access to clips at a JY, take the cladding off.

Any good ideas for grey cladding? Cause my jeep is dark purpleish blue so black won't look very good

It's a 97 and we got it back in 99 when I was growing up I always remember it as grey so it's hard to imagine it as anything else. Looks like this

Upol Raptor makes a tintable spray on liner. Check out Dave's CJ 7 build on here. Looks dang nice.

I used the spray on bedliner. I personally like it better. it's a very flat black. Plus the bedliner is designed to to get beat on.

Bed liner would hold up better, but it would be harder to clean.
