Oversea support

Hey guys, a newbie here...

like tha forum, real nice...

I am coming from a country far far away from the States going all the way back to eastern Europe. Love cars, I own a '98 ZJ Grand Cherokee with a 5.2L (318ci) engine...

Awesome machine and recently I found my life inspiration in it.... I am trying to tune the monster, that V8 sounds great and is a head turner...

The problem I have is that no technical data is available to me... the dealer is not being very helpful so I am on my own.

I've never been around muslce engines like this one and hey, even if they classify it as Small Block in comparison to my VW Golf its a monster truck

Can anyone give me some tech data especially on the engine: bore, strokes, valve etc.

I was looking at Edelbrock's web site for some aftermarket tune ups but how should I know if I'm looking at the right things.

That would be for now, any help is appreciated and I'll have some pics for you if anybody wants to see the Jeep...

Also you might go to E-bay and see if you can get a service manual (either book form or on CD). That would be your best source of information.

You might want to lurk over on the Speedfreaks website if you are into horsepower mods.

Manuals with necessary data see for instance here:http://www.haynes.com/
At amazon they are often available too.

For parts in europe www.mnf.de or www.4x4garage.de could help sometimes
