What are you looking to do with it? By deck out, are you talking dubs, tv screens, and a drop, or a lift, armor, and more power/traction?

If your looking at downsizing the factory rims and upsizing the tires, then your in the right place for info, if you're after 22 chrome wheels , then you won't find this site to your liking.

Is it worth it to buy an '04 overland? sure, how much are you paying for it?.

As a general rule, the last run of any model tends to be the most reliable (it's a jeep though), and most of the issues have been "resolved", in fact technically, if it's a late built '04, even the blend doors should be "improved" from the factory.

If you want to wheel in style, that is the ultimate ride, put a 4" lift and some mudders, and youre good to go.....quadradrive standard.

I am paying around $12,000-13,000 for one with 40,000-60,000 miles late 04 model too. Is this the last Overland model?? all the reviews from consumers look awesome and expert reviews aren't bad either

Doesn't sound like too bad of a deal. And no, they aren't the last Overland models, its just that 04 was the last year for the WJ. The WK Grand Cherokee replaced it, but it still has an Overland verson.

13k is on the high side with gas prices being what they are today. Overland will get about 10 to 12 mpg. Offer 10k cash and walk away if they don't negotiate then check in a few weeks wth 9k.

I appreciate the offer but I already have my Jeep selected if I was to buy one. thank you though. I was told and have read Overland gets about 15-20 mpg. Ann not many dealers have accepted my offer of $11,000 in cash yet

For all the ney sayers, you can stay here with dubs as long as you like hearing about wheeling stories too.

Give us a budget. Its more expensive to lift a grand cherokee though.
