Skid plates, tow hooks and brackets, and up country coils are stiffer and ride much better than stock. If it's a 5.2 then the sway bar and steering might be thicker but the steering is probably old and worn. If you like tacky interiors then you could get the seats and trim. The rims are usually nicer with no gold. I would probably pull all the sensors for spares just in case if it's a 4.0, including the crank sensor.
