Looks awesome! It makes your stockers look like Hot Wheel tires. Can't wait to see it with the new meat.

I'm not sure I'm trying to research that right now. What do you all think? I really don't want to do any trimming. I'm totally WEAK like that. lol

245's in a MT. How is the ride? The front springs seem to be compressed a good bit on level ground, I'm sure that is normal though. Looks great!

So far it seems a little on the stiffer side but I haven't driven it much yet. But I like it on the stiff side. (Suspension here! keep your mind out of the gutter) Once I get the tires I'm going to take it offroad and see how it feels. I'll know more then.

That's awesome...stiff is good, wobbly is bad! Most of the kits on that other forum that did not listen are running 265's and they all trim but rub like crazy and suck up all fender, now they are trying to dump the 265's. 245 in a MT!

I'll probably do 245 MT, I want the tire to have some movement with out trimming. I've got to go a little on the cheap side for the tires. The wife isn't very happy about the 875 bucks I dropped on the lift. lol I'm thinking I can get a way with $130 a tire and still get something decent.

I was assaulted when I told someone they shouldn't run 265/75's on that kit without planning to trim (jeepsunlimited.com)

245/75's on a 16" rim will be about 1.2" larger in diameter than what Big-O lists as stock for a 2000 WJ, that being 225/75. The 245's will be about 30.5" in diameter - is this enough of a step up to get over the "lift looks dumb with stock tires" issue? I guess it is, but someone make me feel better about it...tell me "YES IT IS".

Well I ran 245/75-16" Big-O Bigfoot AT's for about a year on: stock (no lift), 2" BB, and 4.5" lifts. In fact I still run the 31's for my street tires and save my 32's for wheeling. They make my lift look bigger with 4.5" of lift then my 32's do. I think the 31's will be just fine for looks IF you push them out from the stock 6" of BS on the wheels.

Hell, sandzj runs a 7" long arm kit with 31" tires Then again he is into jumping sand dunes.
