One thing you can do is plug the breather and CCV/PCV holes on your valve cover(s). Then pull the oil filler cap. If you feel a breeze coming out, your motor is giving you advance warning that a future rebuild will be in order.

Here is some info that may be helpful based on my recent purchases for my 1994 4.0L. My dealership had higher prices than mentioned earlier in this thread.

CCV and MAP Sensor Hose Harness, Part Number 53030729, $15.07
CCV Orifice, Part Number 53030495, $9.13
CCV Grommet, Part Number 2946079, $7.16

My v8 had the same problem, then in started to run like crap and smoke everywhere. My tech said the motor is blown. This might be the problem. Does this only apply to I6's?

Mine is a plastic tube about ½ inch OD with rubber fittings on each end.

Thanks for the pic! I thought mine was a bit large.

I replaced both elbows and such not a year ago and when i changed my air filter the other day i noticed oil coming in that front hose.

I just popped a smaller diameter hose on there, seems like i read somewhere the size of the hose was important but im too lazy to search today.

Not even going to ask what that suction looking device is there!
