Oil filter help :)

Hi there,
I have just received an oil filter to my beauty.
This is a MANN oil filter. In order to their catalogue I need W920/6 but I have W916/1 - the only difference is colour and Bypass Valve Opening Pressure (see links). And now is THE question: can I use it?

Cheers, Adam

The black one looks like it should work with your ZJ, but I would call them to clarify since their chart is not very user friendly. The white one does not like Jeep at all, so I would avoid it.

Wix filter 1085, which is what Jeeps use here in the U.S., crosses to the W920/6

IMHO, the difference in bypass pressure is 13.3 vs 14.7 PSI......negligible.
Most filters have a bypass pressure in the range of approx 14 - 20 PSI
A 1.3 PSI difference is nothing
More important would be the micron size of the filter media in each filter
If its the same, it should not matter which filter you use
