NP 242 rubbing noise!

Narrowed rubbing noise down to the transfer case. I figured chain is rubbing. Got it pulled off yesterday. Getting ready open her up. Wondering if night be bearings? When spin shaft can hear noise. Hope just chain.

How can you tell when chain needs replaced? Don't seem that bad but ill probably replace while I'm in it.
I think the problem is bearings. The needle bearings that are in the case half that you take off and possibly the bearings in the extension housing cover.

Can't seem to find exact bearings and part #'s.

What I need.... The bearing that is in the extension housing. The needle bearing that's inside case half when u split cases. Also the snap ring with the eyelets on main shaft.
I appreciate the help.

I'm getting ready post some pics and shirt video. When spinning main shaft can't tell if its just the gears I'm hearing irbid it's bad bearing. The shift forks are in really good condition, bunch if small metal shavings like sand but no chunks but nothing.
