Occasionally when I make a turn I hear something either banging or sliding.
Almost like something metal sliding loose inside a track or something but its a short travel and coming from the front somewhere. Only does it once, if I make a few more right turns and turn left again it does it again. Its very hard to repeat.
Nothing I can find is loose. It sounds like a bolt sliding for about an inch or two then stopping.
Just wanted some ideas on what it could be. I know noises can be impossible to diagnose online, but any ideas would help.
The only thing ive noticed with the drivers side is my wheel bearing is leaking some grease. Which I plan to replace both sides here after Christmas.
