No heat (heater core hot)

Just like the title says, I have the lower dash apart now and the heater box is plenty hot almost to hot to touch up on top yet no heat at all from the ducts, where is this infamouse blend door and is and I'm guessing it's a major pain requiring a drop of the heater box? Oh yea it"s a 98 5.9 I'm working on.

Ok so I find the blend door motor and pull it off, reach up and turn the knob with my fingers and wella! instant hot heat very hot great, well it seems like the motor isn't recieving any input voltage from the heater control, i pull the heater control and notice there is a plug missing, it has the one big plug in the center but there is another place for a plug in the left corner, is this supposed to be a vacant plug, i can't seem to find an end to plug into it anywhere.

Ok I got heat again, I pulled the actuator apart and and turned the motor by hand and it took off again, sequenced it a couple times before putting it back together and now it good, the jeep sat for a long time and things have been finicky but its slowly burning back in.
