Newbie. Need Help. (Evap issue)

Hi all,

My name is Rick and I am new to the site. I have had evap issues 3 times now. The first two were gas cap issues, but this last time it was a hose and my repair shop fixed it. Today I went to get gas and when I took off the cap it popped like it was under pressure. I could only fill a little bit up at a time and the tank was kind of hissing when I was pumping gas. I called the repair shop and they said to not wait and try again later, that there might have been some trapped air in there. He also added that it wouldnt have anything to do with the evap hose they repaired for me. I just checked again and I had the same issue. Anyone have an idea what is going on and if the repair shop messed something up?

Thanks for any help.

~Rick
