New ZJ Owner Questions

Tonight we bought my 16 year old son a 1994 ZJ one owner. I do have a few issues/questions for you guys.

1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo
- 5.2 V8
- Full-Time FWD
- single owner since '93
- My son's plans. - budget Lift, 32" AT tires, Cat back exhaust, K&N drop in, new Stereo

Q1- we have a few leaks but one really concerns me, the transfer case has a drip. Any thoughts? Or suggestions?

Q2 - the Jeep didn't pass Colorado Emissions. They are saying due to the Cat, seems may have been replaced once already. Any suggestions on replacement? Products? Can I replace myself?

Q3 - best place to purchase good quality Drivers Power mirror?

Q4 - any other suggestions to look out for?

Q5 - what is the Transfer case part #? cost to have rebuilt?
