New to the world of Jeeps

Hi guys, I have a 1995 Grand Cherokee. 4.0 ZJ
This is my first jeep i've owned and i'm pretty excited honestly.
But i'm extremely wet behind the ears and would like to know the best mods to get.

I would like to get a lift but know nothing about it.
Someone in another thread said something about a winch but I have no idea what that is either.

I'm young so I don't have a whole lot of money but so if you guys could suggest something cheaper. But if cheap means crap I don't want it.

Any information would be awesome!!
