New wheels and tires
well, i got my new set of wheels and tires on today. got the 33x12.50.15 BFG A/T and the Pro Comp 1079 in a 15x10. some of you know i had to get the 15x10's due to impatience for the 15x8, but i think they look alright. im just used to my stock backspaced 16's with the 10" wide tire. these are 3.625bs 12" wheels on a 12.5" wide tire. sticks out a little more than i had anticipated, but ive gotten pretty good reactions around here. let me know what you guys think. i mean, you are the ones that really count
. my fellow jeepers . ill try to get some pics up. i know already, no pics, no wheels and tires.

Just looking at the clearances of those tires to your fenders and I hope you aren't planning on wheeling that thing.

I guess it depends on how big the speed bumps are at the mall.

hey, guess what it only rubs when i fully turn the wheel. all you f*ing haters quit running your fingers (figured if i said quit running your mouth the smartasses on here would jump on that too). i mean, if you guys want me to buy you a lift and some 33"s i will. and hunter, i actually respect you because you have actually helped me with my questions i have had through this process.

I wasn't trying to hurt your feelings. I guess it hit a nerve, and for that I am sorry.
Honestly I would like to see more pics of your Jeep. Because from your specs and the small pic that you have posted so far it looks good. I would also be interested in seeing some pics of the installed lift. As far as parts for my Jeep goes, they have to work and work properly. And yes I want it to look good too. But I am not going to put something on there just for looks. Heck if I was just doing it for looks I would be going with a Rusty's Long Arm kit versus the Clayton's.

That looks really good man ! Tires might be a little big for the lift. But, Still looks nice.
Gives it a nice mean look

I'm not a hater, never have been or will be. Stated an opinion. If you flex it much you will rub far worse then you are currently. Heck I'm about to find out how much rubbing I get with 35's soon. I'm sure I'll get some and have to buy extended bumpstops to correct it.
Everyone gets a little teasing time to time. Not trying to be offensive or mean. Glad you got the 33's to work. I know many folks that have not been so lucky. I like the front shot. Your ZJ looks really tough. Out of curiousity, how much room do you have between the rear tires and the rocker panel?

I agree with the rest, those tires are to big for that lift. You will rub alot during offroading.Looks good for mallcrawling but that is about it.I personally would of went with 32's.
