New tires and keyless entry!

Last week, I finally got my keyless entry to work. I took my moms extra remote for her 1996 zj and had the dealership program it to work with my 5.9. The dealer was very cool and did it free of charge....even after I talked to the service guy on the phone and he said it woule be $30+tax.

Then today I finally got the much needed new tires. I weighted out the pros and cons of many tires.....geolanders, mudterrains, michelins, etc. But I finally decided to just got to les schwab and get some Toyo Open Country A/Ts in 255/65/16. My mom has wild country RVTs on her jeep and they have lasted for the past 3 years and still have decent tread left. I really don't need anything special on this car, I do mostly city driving (Seattle) and I go to the pass and see some snow a few times each winter. Anyways, I am very happy with the tires, and they look great on the car, and they weren't too bad on my wallet.....$550 installed. I will try and post some links to some pics later since I can't post actual pics since I am still a newbie.

That's awesome. I love seeing pictures of the 5.9's.
