I'm going to call my friend who does custom fabrication tomorrow and see how much he would charge me to make this bumper. I know he can do it, just going to see how much. He's always done good work for me and the guys and hasn't over charged anyone.

haha the alignment shop just called and told me the jeep was out of alignment by 2 whole degrees/. Hey sounded pissed knowing he had to do the alignment for free and get it right. haha I told him i was going up the mountain and the tire slipped off the road and had to pull it back on.

Alignment is done, pitman arm is off, adj. LCA's have been adjusted to 16 1/2" and it drives pretty good. Can't wait for some UCA's and another steering stabilizer. Who make a good kit to put on another SS?
thanks for the edit help

Looks like I am going to change up everything. I can't get this DW under control and don't have the time to mess with it. I am going to send back the 4.5" springs and the drop pitman arm I will put back on the KOR 2.5" spacer in the front and the stock front coil for now. On the way will be a 4" front coil/ and a 3" rear coil combo from IRO.

all you probably need is those upper control arms. put it back to the bb stage and collect the items you need to make the 4.5" coils work properly.
and stop getting the unlevel coil combinations. those pictures still look like a reverse stinkbug.

WAIT!
So you are going to send back the front coils, and then buy new (different) front coils and expect that to help?
