Push on the pcm connection while its running. And also look at all the o2 wires aa far up as possible. Iac could be bad also.

IAC? wheres the pcm connection located, wires look old and connnectors are covered in grease andwhat not.

neverminf on the iac, figured that out, if the wires are bad how do i replace them?

Just look for worn parts of wire, and the pcm is behind the collant overflow tank, on the passanger side firewall
