This sounds silly, but try some fuel system cleaners. My jeep idles rough after a while from crappy gas, so I have to use this stuff often. But when I add the cleaner, the rough idle is gone. Also, when my PCM was failing, it was causing extremely rough idling, and stalling when coming to a stop on a hill. Then, the fuel pump gave out from a stupid mechanic.
